A substantial portion of the practice involves litigation (representing both plaintiffs and defendants) in various Courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as in arbitration proceedings conducted under the auspices of various arbitral organizations. When appropriate, Mr. Hegedus refers to client litigation matters to local counsel in jurisdictions outside New Jersey and New York and acts as the supervisory attorney overseeing the handling of those matters. Similarly, from time to time he acts as local New Jersey or New York counsel to attorneys in other jurisdictions.
